Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation notification. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including contact details and delivery address, is accurate and complete. Crusty Detroit Pizza shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will only be prepared and dispatched upon successful payment confirmation. Crusty Detroit Pizza does not store complete credit or debit card details on our servers.

Delivery & Collection

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, peak hours, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

For delivery orders, responsibility for the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address. For self-collection orders, responsibility transfers upon handover at our outlet.
