At Crusty Detroit Pizza, we are committed to serving freshly prepared Detroit-style pizza made with quality ingredients and high hygiene standards. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that certain situations may require review, and we aim to handle such matters fairly and reasonably.

Returns Policy

As per crusty’s policy, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or collected. This policy is in place to maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before confirming purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Food that arrives in damaged or compromised condition
  • Orders that were confirmed but not delivered due to an internal error

To be eligible for a refund review, customers must notify us within 30 minutes of receiving the order. We may request clear photo evidence and order details to assist with our investigation.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or failure to receive the order due to inaccurate delivery information provided at checkout.

Cancellation & Refund Timing

As per Crusty’s refund and returns Policy – you may only cancel an order within a limited time frame after being placed. Or, provided food preparation has not yet begun. Once preparation starts, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted, as ingredients and labour have already been committed.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reflect in your account.
